(2) when replacing the bearing, the bearing components must be free of dust and the lubricating oil must be clear. In the operation of the pump bearing temperature is generally not more than 60 ~ 65 , the highest do not exceed 75 .
(3) ensure the coaxiality of motor and pump, ensure the elastic gasket in the coupling is intact and replaced after damage.
(4) ensure the correctness and reliability of the pump assembly and piping system.
(5) some parts of slurry pump are vulnerable parts. In daily operation, attention should be paid to the loss of worn parts, timely repair or replacement, in the slurry pump damaged parts repair or replacement process, to ensure correct installation, reasonable clearance adjustment to prevent failure.
(6) there is no air leakage in the suction pipe system of slurry pump. In the process of operation, attention should be paid to whether there is blockage. The medium transported by slurry pump is solid particles. Therefore, the baffle set in the pump tank should meet the requirements of slurry pump passing through particles.
