(2) the suction head too high or perfusion highly enough.
(3) in the suction pipe pressure is less than or close to gasification.
(4) pipeline leak.
(5) speed too high or too low.
(6) total head do not tally with the pump lift.
(7) medium heavy do not tally with the viscosity of the original design.
(8) the impeller and the suction cover clearance is too large.
(9) within the pump or line with sundry jam.
三、 the solution:
(1) to pump priming, expulsion of air.
(2) reduce installation height, reduce the suction resistance, increasing the inlet pressure.
(3) increase pressure.
(4).Check and tighten the (4).
(5) as stipulated in the specification.
(6) to adjust the pipeline resistance.
(7) should be reduced(9)..
(8) to adjust.
(9).Check and clean up.
