5, the suction pipe, flange (without liquid seal) seal is bad, there is air in.

B, the measures
1, improve the cavitation performance of the pump itself.
(1) reduce the impeller inlet part of the flow velocity, reduce NPSH required.
(2) increasing the impeller head is bend radius of curvature, reduce the local resistance loss.
2, increase the effective NPSH of the suction system mechanism.
(1) reduce the flow of the suction line loss, appropriately increase the diameter of the suction pipe, and minimize the line of accessories, such as elbow, valve, etc.
